A journey to learn about the history of the estate, understand how a native wine is born and admire the Cantina, an example of meticulous respect for the environment set in the enchanting setting of the Itria Valley.
The itinerary of the visit winds between the interior and exterior of the cellar. We start with the presentations in the garden, in the shade of the majestic Virgilian oak and continue with the walk along the suggestive native vineyards of Minutolo, Bianco d’Alessano, Verdeca, Primitivo and Susumaniello, the soul of our wines. The tour continues with a visit to the brand new cellar where the various stages of production will be illustrated.
At the end, the tasting of some representative wines of our estate accompanied by taralli, typical friselline seasoned with extra virgin olive oil, tomato and basil, olives and dried broad beans.
