This tour is designed for those who are curious about the world of oenology and want to satisfy all their senses his curiosity and his knowledge of the world of wine.
The Tour begins in the Fermentation Room.
The tour continues in the historic part of the cellar, founded in 1800.
Entirely excavated in the white Apulian stone of which the Valle d’Itria is rich, the Cellar develops in depth, where walking through the various underground spaces of the cellar. You will find also Le Bottaie, with its large barrels from the 1 800s, transformed into welcoming and characteristic seats, where you can see our barriques being refinement.
It ends with the tasting of our wines, accompanied by an aperitif of excellence Apulian territory.
