A journey to discover the best bread in the world and the unique flavors of Puglia.
The experience begins at a historic dairy in the heart of Altamura. You will attend a practical demonstration of master cheesemakers intent on preparing burrata, scamorza, mozzarella and all the goodness of a tradition handed down for generations.
From the dairy you will approach a historic bakery in Altamura. Once you arrive at the bakery, you will have the opportunity to attend a practical demonstration of preparing the dough for the most famous bread in the world, discovering the magic of sourdough and the goodness of local flours.
Kneading, breaking, folding and baking: don’t miss a step! Then, roll up your sleeves to actively participate in the Focaccia Pugliese preparation workshop: add the tomatoes, add a drizzle of oil and off to the oven.

Once this experience is over, you will treat yourself with a tasting of baked goods, local wines, cured meats and cheeses to discover the flavors of Murgia and Puglia.
