Appartamento Rondinelle is a newly built mezzanine floor apartment with a sea-view balcony, located few steps away from the center of Polignano a Mare. The house is about 300m from the statue of Domenico Modugno, 350m from the famous Lama Monachile beach and 400m from the historic center overlooking the sea. The accommodation is equipped with A/C and Wi-Fi and can comfortably accommodate 4 people.

The accommodation is reached via the condominium entrance and it is possible to use both the stairs and the lift (floor 1+).
Rondinelle Apartment is composed of a large living area which includes the living room and the kitchen equipped with induction hob, sink, fridge, oven, microwave and dishwasher.
The living room has direct access to the balcony with sea view equipped with outdoor table and chairs, which extends up to the second bedroom, thus guaranteeing the possibility of relaxing and enjoying the beautiful summer days.
The hallway opens onto the two bedrooms, a small laundry room equipped with washing machine and sink and a bathroom with shower. On the left we find the double bedroom, equipped with an ensuite bathroom with shower and a small balcony overlooking the street.
The second bedroom is equipped with a single bed and a second pull-out single bed, according to guests needs, and has access to the large sea-view balcony.

At Check-In you would sign a rental contract in written form in English for the rent of the house (as provided by art. 1 comma 4, Italian Law n. 431/1998). At Check-In there will be also the payment of the tourist tax for the municipality of Polignano a Mare, equal to 2€ per day for each person over 14, for the first 7 days.

Check-In: from 4pm to 10pm (Late Check-In until 11:59pm 30€, after that time 50€ subject to confirmation)

Check-Out: before 10am

Cautionary Deposit: 150€
