In the heart of Gravina di Puglia, you will visit a distillery. At the beginning of the Gin experience, you will be told the path that led two women to become master distillers and they will introduce you to the world of Gin. They will explain how, after having personally collected the botanicals in the nearby Alta Murgia National Park, they dry them and transform them into spirits, bottled and packaged by themselves.
Now in the heart of the live distillation experience, the masters will guide you in the preparation of a Gin. Initially, they will make you appreciate the olfactory and visual differences of the botanicals hand-picked in the surrounding areas. Then, with the help of a small professional copper still and choosing your favorite botanical, you will participate in a real distillation of Gin with the London Dry method in real time. At the end of the Gin experience, you will taste some of the delicious Gin and bitter liqueurs produced by the master distillers in their distillery and prepare a Gin Tonic Cocktail to enjoy together with a light Apulian aperitif.
