Don’t miss the opportunity to visit the places of our Masseria, an engaging experience that will enrich you in every sense. You will be able to immerse yourself in a journey made of colors and smells, get to know the animals and their environment. You will be able to walk among the barns, the dry-stone walls, and the pajare: typical trulliform Salento rural buildings.
A culinary journey in a countryside atmosphere on the Panoramic Terrace where you can taste organic cheeses and dairy products from our production carefully selected by Lina and paired with our creation: Le “Gelotte”. You will be personally involved in the preparation of the Salento frisa seasoned according to the Masseria Cinque santi tradition which you will taste with the involvement of the five senses. You will conclude the experience with a visit to the “BOTTEGA”, a feast for your senses, a riot of cheeses, with a thousand flavors and shapes, flavored in the most imaginative and refined ways, caciotte, caciocavalli, ricotta, mozzarelle, organic EVO oil and many other typical features.
