The tour destination is the baroque city of Lecce for your cooking class.
As soon as you arrive in Lecce, Maya will welcome you and will take you to the local market to purchase the products you will choose for your cooking class. During the walk, you will be introduced to notes on typical and traditional products. Stop at a local café to taste a Lecce coffee. Then, you will enter the cooking school, in the heart of baroque Lecce. Everyone will have their own workstation. Together with the Chef you will prepare at least 4 courses (an entire menu), tasting a pairing of 3 fine Apulian wines.
