Don’t miss the opportunity to visit the places of the Masseria, an engaging experience that will enrich you in every sense. You will be able to immerse yourself in a journey made of colors and smells, get to know the animals and their environment. You will be able to walk among the barns, the dry stone walls, and the pajare: typical rural trulli-shaped constructions of Salento. Today you will get to know the ancient art of fresh pasta up close.
You will knead the organic Senatore Cappelli durum wheat flour produced on site and create the Mediterranean product par excellence, Pasta! An expert will guide your hands in the creation of the typical formats of the Salento tradition.
Once the work is done, you will taste the pasta you have made, seasoned with fresh cherry tomatoes, basil and “Cacio Ricotta” or “Ricotta Marzotica” or “Ricotta Forte”.
