After a quick briefing you will leave Polignano a Mare by E-Bike to reach Conversano. It will be a pleasant cycle ride through the local countryside dotted with dry stone walls immersed in the local vegetation, with cherry orchards, olive trees and Mediterranean scrub. You will visit the historic center of the city with its wonderful monuments: the castle, the cathedral, the characteristic streets, the wonderful cloisters. Before returning you will make a refreshing stop for a pleasant tasting of an artisanal ice cream in the temple of slowness in Conversano.
