You will reach a splendid Masseria a few km from Monopoli. The Masseria complex is located within an area where nature, archaeology and architecture have found an indissoluble union. The complex is characterized by the presence of numerous caves, almost all of which can be visited and intended for various uses in ancient times.
From Nero to the court of Caterina de Medici, the history of ice cream has a thousand-year-old tradition. This course aims to give you the opportunity to learn the basics to be able to replicate an ice cream at home, just like in a real ice cream shop.
