An exciting ritual that is still passed down from one generation to another, kept alive by passion, respect for cultural identity: the grape harvest in Puglia is a process that requires patience, dedication and experience.
The attentive eye of the farmer who has been practicing this work for years, knows how to recognize with a glance the grapes suitable for becoming wine and distinguish them from those still unripe. Identifying the best grapes is the first fundamental step to obtain a tasty and valuable product, worthy of ending up on the table. Today, in a countryside just outside Polignano a Mare, you will see what the methods for harvesting are and you will commit to making your own harvest. Afterwards, you will dedicate yourself to tasting an aperitif with Km 0 products and also wines.
