In a family-run farmhouse, you will discover the secrets for a good plate of cavatelli and taralli.
During the cooking workshop, you will enjoy preparing typical dishes of the Apulian tradition: orecchiette or cavatelli and taralli.
After the preparation, you will taste what you have prepared together with a mixed platter of DOP cured meats and cheeses and a nice glass of wine.
