Along Monopoli roads you will reach a Masseria a few km from the historic center.
You will be projected into a new dimension, that of the vineyard, the vegetable garden and the orchard where the recovery of the ancient has given space to timeless experiences, surrounded only by the sounds of the Apulian countryside and the scents that you will carry with you as I remember.
A real journey to discover the secrets for making typical dishes of Apulian cuisine. Wear an apron and a great desire to learn to discover what lies behind the authenticity and tradition of products such as fresh pasta. At the end of each course you will taste the dishes prepared with your own hands.
