An opportunity to learn together the gestures of the “married fig” tradition, immersed in the welcoming landscape of a Botanical Garden. The day will begin with a walk in the fig grove where you can taste and pick figs directly from the trees, choosing from the hundreds of varieties those most suitable for drying. In the shade of the pine forest you will learn to open the figs and arrange them on the typical drying racks. You will then proceed to “marry” the figs, previously dried, with toasted almonds and lemon zest.
