One of the most evocative moments to admire the Sassi is at sunset. We will meet at the Rock Churches Park to immerse ourselves in the protected area where the sheep tracks were once crossed by grazing animals. Along the way we will encounter iazzi and caves, once sheepfolds or asceteries of hermit monks, to admire the Sassi which light up in the evening. A breathtaking view!
