Learn the wonderful art of mozzarella and discover one of the treasures of Apulian cuisine: “burrata”. If you have arrived in Apulia you have been assailed by the desire to taste a good mozzarella or a very creamy burrata, this is truly the right experience for you! At first it may seem difficult to make cheese, but guided by the expert hands of our master “cheese makers” everything will be simple. Mozzarelle, Burrata and Nodini are the typical delights of our dairy production.
