With this experience you will get closer to the ancient Apulian farms with a naturalist experience in the heart of the woods.

The Masseria in question enjoys a single plot, near the Ionian Sea, guarded and protected by dry stone walls that delimit the different plots, where ancient clones of primitive were planted, each with different peculiarities.
You will find very dark and clayey soils alternating with more marly and slightly silty areas. The soils are deep and soft and very rich in organic substance. To avoid excessive vigor of the plants, grass is sown to oxygenate the roots of the Masseria’s vineyards and create healthy competition.
A great protagonist of the place is the forest where you can get lost among the centuries-old holm oaks, the scents of myrtle, in a nature/sports route, unique for the explosion of uncontaminated nature. The Salina dei Monaci nature reserve, where it is possible to spot the wonderful pink flamingos, the rugged coast of the Porto Selvaggio Natural Park, Torre Colimena, the Dunes of Campomarino di Maruggio are just some of the possible scenarios.
