Locorotondo, among the most beautiful villages in Italy, is the community of the Itria Valley that has remained most tied to tradition and that has best preserved the authenticity of native arts and crafts including stone working. In the hinterland of Locorotondo you will be introduced to the tasting of 4 types of native extra virgin olive oils together with bread, so as to best savor our oils. Afterwards, you will set off to discover 3 labels of local wine paired with a platter of capocollo, salami and local caciocavallo and the excellent focaccia from Puglia.
