You will be able to immerse yourself in a journey made of colors and smells, get to know the animals and their environment. You will be able to walk among the barns, the dry stone walls, and the pajare: typical rural trulli-shaped constructions of Salento. Today the sommelier will guide the tasting of the oil by the glass to release all its aromas, and to understand its organoleptic characteristics, composition, intensity, defects, and benefits, as well as the right combination with foods. The experience will end with tasting the oil on bread to discover how much it influences the flavor of the food to the point of becoming an ingredient and not just a condiment.
