You will enter the historic center of Polignano a Mare, walking through the pretty squares and quiet streets, with your gaze lost between the terraces overlooking the sea and the typical white houses full of flower pots. All suspended in a relaxed, simply entrancing atmosphere!
You will try your hand at the Orecchiette Workshop, a Cooking Class in a house in the heart of Polignano a Mare. You will prepare the dough on your cutting board and make the orecchiette or cavatelli followed by a tasting with a cold condiment, such as crudaiola enriched with oil, cacioricotta and basil. During the work you will be cheered by tasting clearly Apulian wine and typical products while listening to anecdotes about our way of living and eating.
