WePuglia is a rapidly growing Tour Operator that has been operating in the Apulian area for years.

Our core business is the management of short lets and non-hotel accommodation facilities. We currently manage tourist accommodations in the city-center of Monopoli and Polignano a Mare, and villas with private pool in the South-East of the province of Bari and in Itria Valley.

What do we do?

Analysis of the housing unit, advice on improvements and the preferred hospitality formula

We carry out an inspection of your property. We analyze the accommodation and draw up a report on what needs to be improved to meet our hospitality standards and what we recommend to improve for increasing the profitability of your investment. We advise you on which management formula is more convenient to opt for from both a legal and fiscal perspective.

Professional advertising management

Your property is professionally listed on the main OTAs (Booking, Airbnb, VRBO, Holidu, HomeToGo and many others…), as well as being advertised through our network of travel agencies and tour operators based everywhere in the world.

Home Staging and professional photo shoot

We improve the aesthetics and usability of your accommodation. Small tricks make a huge difference in hospitality and in sales. A photographer specialized in our business sector will take care of the photo shooting for your accommodation.

Dynamic and optimized management of accommodation prices

We dynamically manage accommodation prices for each period of the year following market trends. This makes it possible to optimize both the average daily income and the days reserved in every season of the year.

Reporting guests to the Police and to Puglia Region

We report guests to the competent Police Headquarters at each check-in and to Puglia Region on a monthly basis via the SPOT system.

Withholding and payment of tourist tax

We withhold the tourist tax required by municipal regulations at check-in and pay it within times and manner prescribed by the municipality where your property is located.

Check-in, check-out and guest support

At check-in we show the accommodation, we carry out all the bureaucratic procedures required by the type of management chosen for your property and we advise guests on what to do and where to go according to their needs. During the stay one of our colleague will support our guests for any issue, advice or request.

Final cleaning & linen

Cleaning and housekeeping are the basis of excellent property management. For this reason, we manage internally the final cleaning of the accomodations, in order to better control and supervise them. We also provide guests with bed linen and towels for their stay.

Bureaucracy and monthly reporting to the owner

We take care of all the bureaucracy concerning the tourist rental and the non-hotel accommodation business. We report and paid the stays to the owner on a monthly basis.
