The winery where you will do the tasting today is a cultivator of quality wine, guardian of the identity of a unique territory, viticulture that is synonymous with art, discovery and experimentation towards excellence, at the roots of which there is the love for the land that is expressed daily with a winemaking and in total respect of the eco-system.
Today you will dive into contemporary tradition with the tasting of 2 mini glasses of white and rosé, followed by 4 glasses of orange and red from the barrel and from Apulian amphorae. All accompanied by fresh and mature cheeses, jam, taralli, friselle, olives and local condiments such as must and extra virgin olive oil.
