Villa Maiora is a splendid villa with private swimming pool a few km from Carovigno. The villa has 4 bedrooms and was built with local materials and traditional construction methods.
The structure has large internal and external spaces and enjoys a sea view on the coast of Ostuni.

The villa consists of 4 bedrooms, two are in the main building and two are separate.
The three double bedrooms have a private garden with the outdoor shower, one bedroom has 2 single beds. All the rooms are bright, spacious and guarantee maximum comfort.
The living room has a large built-in sofa and overlooks the swimming pool.
The built-in kitchen benefits of big windows and simple furnishings, a mix of modern design and local craftsmanship. The property has a large outdoor swimming pool and private parking. Moreover, outside there is a large kitchen with fire oven and BBQ. The house is a mix of tradition and modernity to ensure a unique experience for our guests.

The house is a few minutes from the sea and is located 5 minutes from the city of Carovigno and only 15 minutes by car from Ostuni.
Brindisi airport is 20 minutes away; 1 hour from Bari airport.

Check-In: SATURDAY from 3pm to 9pm

Check-Out: within 11am

Cautionary Deposit: a security deposit of € 1.000 is required to be paid 1 week before your arrival. The payment can be made via Paypal. The deposit will be refunded 7 days after check out. Any damage or loss to the property will be deducted off the deposit.
