The structure enjoys its exclusive privacy a few kilometers from the beautiful village of Carovigno, rich in history and expert gastronomy. Surrounded by 8 hectares of olive groves and red earth, it offers its guests maximum comfort.

The house is immersed in the most genuine Puglia countryside, wide open spaces of stone and tuff, managed with volumes and details that ensure relaxation and total wellness. Tenuta Masseriola winds its way through two modern structures that surround the most classic of Puglia construction: a trullo/lamia. Arranged harmoniously in these spaces are 4 bright bedrooms with relative bathrooms, painstakingly taken care of down to the tiniest detail, a spacious and comfortable living room, the elegant technological and functional kitchen and the dining room which can comfortably seat all the guests of the Estate.
Modernity and tradition blend to offer the maximum of the Italian good life.
Outside, the splendid pool that stretches between the olive trees lets you fully enjoy the wide open spaces and the breathtaking sunsets of this unique land.

The sea is 7 km away, with the gorgeous Guaceto Natural Reserve which is the nearest beach. Carovigno is the closest town and Ostuni is just a 15-minute drive away. The house is 15 minutes from Brindisi airport and 1 hour from Bari airport.

Check-In: SATURDAY from 3pm to 9pm

Check-Out: within 11am

Cauzione: a security deposit of € 1.000 is required to be paid 1 week before your arrival. The payment can be made via Paypal. The deposit will be refunded 7 days after check out. Any damage or loss to the property will be deducted off the deposit.

Booking confirmation: 
  • To confirm your reservation, we ask for a deposit of 50% of the total amount. 50% final payment must be received not less than 60 days prior to arrival.
  • The deposit can be paid by bank transfer.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 60 days prior your arrival: 50% deposit refunded
  • less than 60 days prior your arrival: no refund

Weekly Rate

During low season (Sept to April) we require a minimum stay of 3 nights.
During high season (May to August) we require a minimum stay of 7 nights.
