Villa Nilde is an independent villa with private pool, located in the countryside between Polignano a Mare, Conversano, and Castellana Grotte, just few steps away from the hamlet of Triggianello. The accommodation consists of four bedrooms, two of which are double with ensuite bathrooms, one double, and one with a bunk bed. The villa is equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi, and there is private parking thanks to the spacious driveway.
Villa Nilde can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. It is perfect for reaching the main touristic destinations in the Itria Valley and the beaches of Polignano and Monopoli in just few minutes by car, but it is also ideal for enjoying moments of total relaxation without leaving the villa.

A gravel driveway leads to the entrance of the villa, where there is an ample parking. At the rear of the property, there is the pool area and the sunbathing area.
The entrance door opens onto a wide staircase leading to the sleeping area, while on the left, we find the bright living area, which is equipped with sofa, table with chairs, small bathroom with shower, and a kitchen with sink, oven, dishwasher, induction hob, and a convenient peninsula with stools. The kitchen has direct access to the outdoor patio, where there is a gazebo with outdoor furniture, perfect to enjoy some shade during the hot summer days. Guests also have access to an outdoor barbecue and a sink.

The sleeping area is located on the semi-basement floor. The entrance staircase opens onto a corridor that leads us to the first two bedrooms on the right.  
The master bedroom is very spacious, featuring a large window and a door that leads directly outside. This room has an ensuite bathroom with shower. Immediately to the left we find the second double bedroom, this one too with an ensuite bathroom with shower.

From the main corridor, we can reach the other two bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with two single bunk beds. Both rooms are very bright. On this same hallway, there is a small storage room with washing machine and a fridge, as well as a fourth bathroom with shower.

The outdoor area opens onto a large paved space where the private pool (3.5m x 12m, max depth 1.50m) is located, along with the sunbathing area with loungers. There is also a bathroom and outdoor showers.

Villa Nilde is far 59 Km from the Bari Airport, 79 Km from the Brindisi Airport. The nearest sea is that of Monopoli about 13 km far, where there are sandy free beaches and equipped lidos in Capitolo (sea hamlet of Monopoli) at about 19 km. Among the most beautiful destinations in the area, it is possible to reach the caves of Castellana Grotte at 8 Km, Polignano a Mare at 9 Km, Alberobello at 20 Km, Locorotondo at 29 Km, Martina Franca at 34 Km, Cisternino at 40 Km, Ostuni at 50 Km, Matera at 70 Km and Lecce at 118 Km. While for nature lovers we strongly recommend the Natural Park and the gorgeous white beach of Torre Guaceto at 70 Km. At Check-In you would sign a rental contract in written form in English for the rent of the house (as provided by art. 1 comma 4, Italian Law n. 431/1998). 

Check-In: from 4pm to 10pm (Late Check-In until 11:59pm 30€, after that time 50€ subject to confirmation)

Check-Out: before 10am

Cautionary Deposit: 500€
