The visit continues in the historical part of the winery, founded in 1800.
Entirely excavated in the white Apulian stone of which the Itria Valley is rich, the cellar develops in depth, where you walk through the various underground spaces of the cellar. You will also find Le Bottaie, with its large 19th century barrels, transformed into welcoming and characteristic seats, where you can watch the refinement of our barriques.
It ends with the tasting of 5 wines, accompanied by an aperitif with the excellent products of the Apulian territory.
