A journey to learn about the history of the estate, understand how an indigenous wine is born and admire the winery, an example of meticulous respect for the environment set in the enchanting setting of the Valle D’Itria.
The visit itinerary winds between the inside and outside of the cellar. We begin with the presentations in the garden, in the shade of the majestic Virgilian oak and continue with the walk along the evocative native vineyards of Minutolo, Bianco d’Alessano, Verdeca, Primitivo and Susumaniello, the soul of our wines. The tour continues with a visit to the brand-new cellar where the various phases of production will be illustrated.
At the end, the tasting of some representative wines of our company accompanied by taralli, typical friselline seasoned with extra virgin olive oil, tomato and basil, olives and dried broad beans.
